As I begin to wind down my current full-time career, I am looking at my retirement life. To that end, I began studies in Spiritual Direction this week and will blog my journey as a source of reflection and discovery.

The readings for Module 1 of “Multifaith Spiritual Perspectives” were chapters from:

Bryant-Johnson, Sherry, Rosalie Norman McNaney, and Therese Taylor-Stinson. Embodied Spirits: Stories of Spiritual Directors of Color. New York, NY: Morehouse Publishing, 2014.

Taylor-Stinson, Therese. Ain’t Nobody Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Around: Stories of Contemplation and Justice. New York, NY. Church Publishing, 2017.

Adesanya, Ineda. Kaleidoscope: Broadening the Palette in Spiritual Direction. New York, NY: Church Publishing, 2019.

To be continued…
